Alison Innes-Farquhar is the driving force behind Mainstay Solutions Limited (MSL). With 25 years' experience working at senior manager and director level, Alison has a proven track record in scoping, designing and implementing large corporate-change projects to completion.
At the heart of her philosophy is the belief that training can never take a one-size-fits-all approach. She knows change is ‘scary’ and instantly yet determinedly, puts teams at their ease, empowering and energising those she works with.

Alison will work alongside in-house teams in an interim management capacity with or without operational responsibilities.
